In using Kynto (www.kynto.com) and any of it's services you agree that you will NOT:
1. Distribute any copyrighted material.
2. Trade/ sell your account.
3. Intercept/ modidfy any connections to our servers.
4. Break the law in any form.
5. Reveal personal information of any member.
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Kynto systems.
7. Use vulgar language.

Commercial Use

Kynto is intended solely for the use of individuals for recreational purposes. Commercial use of our service is not permitted under any circumstances.

Registration Age

To use any services we offer you MUST be at least 13 years of age or older.

Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to gain any unauthorized access to our computer systems, databases or any other private or hidden information.

Protected Content

All content on the Kynto website which includes graphics, text, software, website design, interactive content, and any other content remains the sole property of Kynto and is Copyrighted 2009 with all rights reserved.

Bug Abuse

You may not attempt to use any bugs/ exploits to your advantage. Any bugs/ exploits you find must be immediately reported to the Kynto management.
